PANoptosis
is
a
newly
identified
inflammatory
programmed
cell
death
(PCD)
that
involves
the
interplay
of
apoptosis,
necrosis,
and
pyroptosis.
However,
its
overall
biological
effects
cannot
be
attributed
to
any
one
type
PCD
alone.

by
signaling
cascade
triggered
recognition
pathogen-associated
molecular
patterns
(PAMPs)

which
integrates

Rheumatoid
arthritis
(RA)
is
an
immune-mediated
disease
characterized
by
polyarthritis

the
small
joints

bilateral
upper

lower
extremities.
RA
shares
several
common
clinical
symptoms
with
Sjögren’s
syndrome
(SS),
another
rheumatic
caused
lymphocytic
infiltration
exocrine
glands,
dry
eye
mouth
being

most
symptoms.
Anti-Ro/SS-A
antibodies,
a
diagnostic
biomarker
SS,
are
positive
in
patients
at
certain
rate.
The
coexistence
SS
and/or

for
anti-Ro/SS-A
antibodies
influences
activity
effectiveness
classes
disease-modifying
antirheumatic
drugs
(DMARDs).
Furthermore,
RA,
DMARDs,
including
methotrexate,
associated
onset
lymphoproliferative
disorders
(LPD).
In
contrast,
biological

rituximab,
plausible

relapse.
Considering
