Objectives Sarcopenia is prevalent among individuals undergoing maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) and influenced by sedentary lifestyles. Although leisure-time physical activities have been shown to prevent sarcopenia in patients MHD, the impact of nonleisure-time on has not yet examined prospective studies. Methods This cohort study, conducted 2020 with a 12-month follow-up, included stable MHD without baseline sarcopenia. was diagnosed according 2019 Asian Working Group for criteria. Physical activity assessed using International Activity Questionnaire. Additionally, demographic, dietary, nutritional, laboratory data were collected.
