Abstract In the field of industrial manufacturing, metal elbows have garnered significant attention due to their extensive applications. With advancement technology, traditional cutting methods struggle meet precision and efficiency demands modern industry. Laser-cutting known for its high efficiency, has become mainstream method processing elbows. This paper introduces working principle system components laser cutting, with a focus on design based horizontal machine. The CNC adopts multi-axis synergistic control realizes precise positioning workpiece through servo motors, which can demand high-efficiency elbow.
