The gut microbiota actually shares the host's physical space and affects physiological functions health indicators through a complex network of interactions with host. However, its role as determinant host disease is often underestimated. With emergence new technologies including next-generation sequencing (NGS) advanced techniques such microbial community sequencing, people have begun to explore interaction mechanisms between microorganisms hosts at various omics levels genomics, transcriptomics, metabolomics, proteomics. enrichment multi-omics integrated analysis methods based on microbiome, an increasing number statistical also been proposed. Obesity, a global public health problem, is constantly increasing, so the concerns in preventing and combating it are increasingly focused on intestinal microbiota. It was found that microbiota different lean people compared to obese individuals, but exact mechanisms by which energy homeostasis influenced still incompletely known. Numerous studies show involvement of certain bacterial species promoting obesity associated diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, cancer, etc. Our aim summarize main findings regarding influence several factors lifestyle changes, including diet bariatric surgery, diversity gut individuals. The second purpose this paper investigate potential effect various modulation techniques ameliorating its comorbidities. A literature search conducted using PubMed database, identifying articles published between 2019 2024. Most identified suggest generally with alterations microbiome decreased microbial diversity, an increased Firmicutes-to-Bacteroidetes ratio, SCFAs levels. also indicate could represent novel strategy treating related metabolic diseases. Although some (e.g., inflammation or hormonal regulation) already considered powerful connection development, further research needed enhance knowledge particular topic.

Probiotics are microorganisms that contribute to the microbial balance in intestine and play an important role health maintenance. These primarily consist of various strains Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium, Bacillus, Pediococcus, yeast.Other probiotics on market include Saccharomyces, Bacillus spp., Escherichia coli, Enterococci, Weissella spp.Probiotics most commonly found dairy products, but they can be non-dairy products as well. These intestinal commensal have been clinically proven improve human health. They known numerous effects function immune responses, including immunotolerance, affect gastrointestinal tract (GIT) associated system.Probiotics shown help prevent treat digestive disorders like acute, nosocomial, antibiotic-associated diarrhea; allergic atopic dermatitis rhinitis infants; Clostridium difficile-associated diarrhea some © Engineered Science Publisher LLC 2024| 2 inflammatory bowel abnormalities adults.Furthermore, may useful coadjuvants treatment metabolic such obesity, syndrome, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, type diabetes. However, diverse, heterogeneous, strain-specific mechanisms action given little attention.Probiotics antimutagenic anticarcinogenic properties, anti-infection system stimulation, serum cholesterol reduction, alleviation lactose intolerance, nutritional enhancement. The current review focuses main probiotics, delivery limitations, factors influencing microencapsulation efficiency.Furthermore, purpose, benefits, drawbacks probiotic encapsulating materials elaborated. Finally, this clearly illustrates applications microencapsulated probiotics.
