Abstract
[Objective]Mulberry
is
a
commom
crop
with
different
varieties
of
resistance.
Understanding
the
differences
in
rhizosphere
soil
microbial
community
characteristics
among
salt-tolerant
mulberry
saline
soils
important
for
rational
development
and
utilization
coastal
soils.
[Methods]This
study
focused
on
two
varieties,
variety
Guoxuan3
(GX3)
salt-sensitive
A18,
both
which
were
planted
Zhejiang
Province.
Idle
without
cultivated
plants
was
used
as
control.
The
physicochemical
properties
diversity
analyzed
via
high-throughput
sequencing
technology.
[Results]The
results
revealed
1,236
bacterial
OTUs
396
fungal
identified
from
samples.
dominant
bacteria
Proteobacteria
Actinobacteria,
while
fungi
Ascomycota
Basidiomycota.
There
significant
relative
abundance
Verrucomicrobiota,
Nitrospirota,
Dependentiae,
Calcarisporiellomycota
composition
varieties.
Notably,
Rozellomycota
specifically
enriched
GX3.
[Conclusion]The
structure
differ
significantly
between
planting
GX3
had
most
substantial
improvement
effect.
Nocardioides,
Aspergillus,
Fusicolla
salt
content
total
nitrogen
are
likely
main
factors
influencing
composition.
