Contamination of soil with heavy metals has become a matter global importance due to its impact on agriculture, environmental integrity, and therefore human health safety. Several microbial strains isolated from contaminated by long-term chemical petrochemical activities were found manifest various levels tolerance Cr, Pb, Zn, out which Bacillus marisflavi Trichoderma longibrachiatum exhibited above-moderate tolerance. The concentrations target before after bioremediation determined using electrochemical screen-printed electrodes (SPE) modified different nanomaterials. morpho-structural SEM/EDX analyses confirmed the presence metal ions surface cell, uptake being mediated biosorption hydroxyl, carboxyl, amino groups as per FTIR observations. T. was observed pose higher potential compared B. marisflavi, removing 87% Cr 67% respectively. Conversely, removed 86% Pb solution, 48% longibrachiatum. Therefore, fungal strain could represent viable option for Zn strategies, whereas bacterial may be used in applications.

Abstract In this study, we propose several CsSnBr 3 -based PSC configurations using the Solar Cell Capacitance Simulator (SCAPS-1D), incorporating various efficient Electron transport layers (ETLs) such as TiO 2 , PCBM, WS SnO ZnO, IGZO, C 60 and Hole (HTLs) like CBTS, CFTS, CuO, CuI, Spiro-OMeTAD, PEDOT:PSS, P3HT, CuSbS CuSCN, Cu O. Numerical simulation results reveal that device structure ITO/WS /CsSnBr /Cu O/Au exhibits outstanding power conversion efficiency (PCE), retaining closest photovoltaic parameter values among 70 different configurations. configuration, served ETL, O acted HTL. This achieved an peak PCE of 20.02%. It also boasted a high open circuit voltage (V oc ) 1.23 V, short current density (J sc 19.32 mA cm −2 impressive fill factor (FF) 84.18%. comparison, devices utilizing materials yielded 19.72, 19.73, 15.60%, respectively. Furthermore, for seven best-performing configurations, investigated effects absorber thickness, absorber-acceptor doping (N A ), conduction band offset (CBO), ETL D Capacitance–Voltage (C-V), Mott–Schottky (M-S) characteristics, generation recombination rates, series resistance (R se shunt sh temperature, current–voltage characteristics (J-V), quantum (QE) on performance metrics. Our findings indicate all ETLs, when combined with HTL, can serve excellent fabricating high-efficiency PSCs ITO/ETL/CsSnBr structure. To validate our results, compared outcomes obtained SCAPS-1D best -PSC previously published research works. comprehensive study opens promising avenue cost-effective production high-performance, lead-free PSCs, contributing to greener pollution-free environment.

Agroecosystems form a natural ecosystem component, allowing the proper classification of regional biome at global scale. It is important to view agroecosystems from micro-environmental perspective given that they are characterised by combination factors, including interaction soil–plant–atmosphere conditions, which largely responsive human management practices. The biological fixation of atmospheric nitrogen by rhizobia plays a key role in the cycle ecosystems and their productivity. In agriculture, it is often used to increase yield legumes. We aimed assess stimulatory properties three bacterial strains (Ensifer meliloti 441 B-219, Ensifer mexicanus B-4064, Rhizobium tropici B-216) potential for promoting wheat growth under laboratory conditions. were obtained from All-Russian Collection Industrial Microorganisms (National Bioresource Center, Kurchatov Institute). To explore agronomic practices, we determined stimulating assessed antagonistic activity against such phytopathogens as Fusarium graminearum F-877, Bipolaris sorokiniana F-529, Botrytis cinerea F-1006, Erwinia rhapontici B-9292, Xanthomonas campestris B-4102. Finally, studied effect on germination contents photosynthetic pigments, nitrogen, protein above-ground parts plants All test demonstrated various properties. particular, they produced phytohormones, fixed solubilized phosphates zinc, synthesized ACC deaminase. also exhibited pronounced F. graminearum, B. sorokiniana, campestris. According tests, seeds treated with E. B-219 R.
