The extensive use of antibiotics in animal husbandry, either for therapeutic purposes or as growth promoters, has raised significant concerns about their effects on poultry. However, when are used agents, impact the gut microbiota poultry remains unknown. Moreover, third-category pathogens were identified samples, namely, Shigella boydii , Escherichia coli flexneri Salmonella enterica Corynebacterium bovis Proteus mirabilis . Of these, three strains potential novel pathogenic bacteria. These findings demonstrate critical importance rational husbandry. provides a scientific basis improving current treatment prevention diseases, advancing standardization precision usage.
