Fixed appliance (FA) therapy predisposes patients to white spot lesions (WSLs). The F-ACP complex (amorphous calcium phosphate nanoparticles enriched with carbonate and fluorine coated citrate) has been effective for in vitro enamel remineralization. aim of this study was evaluate the efficacy remineralizing WSLs after FA therapy. One hundred six adolescents (aged 12–20 years) were randomized into control groups Patients group advised use dental mousse containing applied within Essix retainers months. presence recorded at baseline (T0), 3 months (T1), 6 (T2) according International Caries Detection Assessment System (ICDAS). Visual Plaque Index (VPI) Gingival Bleeding (GBI) recorded. Among 106 participants, 91 (52 39 groups, respectively) completed study. results showed that ICDAS score significantly lower (p < 0.001) than between T0 T2. application inside is without side effects.
