Stroke represents a significant global health burden, with substantial impact on mortality, morbidity, and long-term disability. The examination of stroke biomarkers, particularly the oral microbiome, offers promising avenue for advancing our understanding factors that contribute to risk developing strategies mitigate risk. This review highlights correlations between diseases, such as periodontitis caries, onset stroke. Periodontal pathogens within microbiome have been identified contributing factor in exacerbation stroke, including obesity, dyslipidemia, atherosclerosis, hypertension, endothelial dysfunction. alteration may these conditions, emphasizing vital role prevention cardiovascular disease. integration dental medical practices enhancing efforts improving patient outcomes.

Periodontal diseases, including gingivitis and periodontitis, are chronic inflammatory conditions that compromise the supporting structures of teeth, often leading to tooth loss contributing systemic comorbidities. Increasing evidence underscores critical role modifiable lifestyle factors, particularly diet physical activity, in influencing periodontal health. This narrative review critically evaluates current body literature regarding impact dietary constituents activity on periodontium, with a focus molecular mechanisms, key biomarkers, clinical implications. It aims provide deeper understanding complex interactions between nutrition, exercise, health potential implications for management preventive strategies.

The oral cavity and gut are the two largest microbial habitats in human body, playing a significant role microbiome‐associated diseases. Even though continuous regions connected through gastrointestinal tract, their microbiome profiles distinct due to oral–gut barrier. However, there instances where microbiota can translocate intestinal mucosa, especially conditions of barrier dysfunction. On other hand, transmission from occurs both interpersonal intrapersonal ways. These transmissions influence ecosystems habitats, further affecting pathogenesis Oral‐to‐gut gut‐to‐oral potentially alter environments, ultimately disease pathogenesis. Despite its significance, interaction has been underappreciated date. present review will highlight crosstalk between microbiomes implications diseases periodontitis. A deeper understanding axis’s development pave way for more precise diagnostic therapeutic approaches.

Abstract The increasing production and use of chemicals leads to a higher number contaminants in (drinking) water sources, which poses significant challenges those responsible for quality.
