イオン液体は従来の分子性液体とは大きく異なる特殊な性質を有することから,新たな機能性媒体としてさまざまな分野で注目されている。溶媒抽出における抽出媒体としてイオン液体を用いた場合は,“液状イオン交換体”としても働くため,従来の有機溶媒系よりも優れた抽出分離能を示すことが期待される。著者らは,このようなイオン液体の特性に着目し,高性能溶媒抽出系の開発を目指して,イオン液体を抽出媒体とした金属イオンの抽出分離に関する研究を行ってきた。本稿では,金属イオン抽出におけるイオン液体の溶媒特性評価,イオン液体系での協同効果による希土類金属の分離,大環状抽出剤の開発とイオン液体に抽出された金属錯体の構造解析について紹介する。

The extraction of lanthanides(III) from aqueous nitric acid solutions with tetra(n-octyl)diglycolamide into trioctylammonium di-2-ethylhexylsulfosuccinate ([N888H][SSu]) ionic liquid and its mixtures molecular organic diluents is studied. It showed that the efficiency selectivity Ln(III) TODGA [N888H][SSu] significantly higher than when using 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)imide IL [C4mim][Tf2N] as a diluent. Efficient Copper Extraction from Industrial Dilute Solutions Using Air-Assisted Solvent Extraction DOI

The growing demand for valuable metals in recent decades has heightened the economic significance of extracting them from dilute solutions. This research carefully assesses extraction efficiency air-assisted solvent (AASX) process effectively recovering copper industrial solutions, such as raffinate (SX) plant and heap leach results clearly showed that increasing frother dosage to 50 mg/L improved Cu 83.5% 90.2%, but beyond did not change this response significantly. Although varying extractant concentration silicone oil studied range affect extraction, it noticeably led an increase barrier recovery. Furthermore, a nine-step AASX system was applied comprehensively evaluate solution. Moreover, impressive 95.1% recovery (from solution containing 890 Cu, 12.32 g/L Fe, 2.64 Zn, 4.1 Mn) achieved with selectivity ratios 149.6, 153.0, 93.5, Cu/Fe, Cu/Zn, Cu/Mn, respectively. It could be concluded is efficient promising method solutions derived secondary resources, low-grade ores, acid mine drainages.

The extraction of lanthanides(III) from aqueous nitric acid solutions with novel unsymmetrical diglycolamide extactant, N,N′-dimethyl-N,N′-dicyclohexyldiglycolamide (DMDCHDGA) into bis(trifluoromethylsulfoyl)imide-based ionic liquids (ILs), namely 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)imide ([C4mim][Tf2N]), 1-octyl-3-methylimidazolium ([C8mim][Tf2N]), benzyltriethylammonium ([N222Bn][Tf2N]) methyltrioctylammonium ([N1888][Tf2N]), and their mixtures molecular organic diluent 1,2-dichloroethane (DCE), is studied. DMDCHDGA has been shown to interact components the IL [C4mim][Tf2N]. effect HNO3 concentration in phase on Ln(III) ions stoichiometry extracted complexes determined, mechanism a system [C4mim][Tf2N] discussed.
