Wild-simulated ginseng (WSG, Panax C.A. Meyer) is the most important medicinal plant naturally cultivated in forestry environment. The growth and active component content of WSG can be influenced by various environmental factors, such as climate conditions, physiognomy, soil properties, bacterial structure. aim this study was to investigate relationship between characteristics community living a rhizosphere Experimental subjects were 7- 13-year-old central region (Yeongju) Korea. WSG, divided into aerial parts, root weight measured. Rhizome length significantly higher for while number rootlets 7-year-old WSG. As result analyzing communities cultivation sites using next-generation sequencing (NGS), Proteobacteria Holophagae found dominant species phylum level class level, respectively. positively correlated with Bacteroidetes at but it negatively Thermoleophilia Gemmatimonadetes level. Pedospharae showed negative correlation leaflets petiole length, Clostridia positive rootlets. might vary depending on environment which cultivated. It especially affected properties communities. Abstract Panax ginseng is an important medicinal plant, and ginsenosides are the main bioactive molecules of ginseng. The TCP (TBI, CYC, PCF) family a group transcription factors (TFs) that play role in plant growth development, hormone signalling synthesis secondary metabolites. In our study, 78 PgTCP transcripts were identified from established transcriptome database. A phylogenetic tree analysis showed 67 with complete open reading frames classified into three subfamilies, including CIN, PCF, CYC/TB1. Protein structure genes had bHLH structures. Chromosomal localization 63 localized on 17 24 chromosomes Chinese genome. Expression pattern differed among different lineages spatiotemporally specific. Coexpression network indicated coexpressed involved activities or metabolic regulation expression levels class I (PCF) significantly downregulated, while II (CIN CYC/TB1) upregulated, suggesting may be metabolism As PgTCP26-02 gene was found to related ginsenoside synthesis, its predicted protein further analysed. Our results provide new insights origin, differentiation, evolution function ginseng, as well metabolism.

Coronary heart disease (CHD) is a leading cause of mortality and morbidity globally, highlighting the need for effective therapeutic strategies. This systematic review evaluates cardioprotective mechanisms ginseng its potential as complementary or adjunctive therapy in prevention management CHD. A literature search was conducted major databases (SCOPUS, PubMed, Google Scholar) following PRISMA guidelines to identify relevant preclinical clinical studies investigating ginseng's effects on CHD associated cardiovascular conditions. Studies reporting positive outcomes related properties active compounds were included analysis. Ginseng bioactive constituents, especially ginsenosides, exhibit diverse CHD, including vasodilation, hypotensive, antioxidant, anti-hyperlipidemic effects, anti- atherosclerotic, antithrombotic, anti-inflammatory various other molecular mechanism proven by that demonstrates can mitigates myocardial ischemia, improves cardiac contractility, regulates blood pressure, lipid profiles, thrombus formation glycemic control. represents promising natural due well-established safety profile targeting multiple pathways involved pathophysiology. Although, more robust evidence needed. Integrating into conventional treatment regimens, guided scientific research, could enhance improve patient outcomes.

Ginsenoside Rh2 (Rh2), the major bio-active ginsenoside that originated from root of Panax ginseng, has become a "hot topic" for playing multifunctional roles in both tumor treatment and microenvironment (TME) immunomodulation. Up to now, emerging experimental research about therapy immuno-regulation been published, however, specific reviews focused on its role TME were limited. Hence, this article, we briefly summarized existing evidence supporting anticancer effects potential mechanisms according type, including anti-proliferation, anti-invasion, metastasis, induction cell cycle arrest, anti-angiogenesis, promotion reactive oxygen species differentiation. Meanwhile, shed light TME, with an emphasis regulating immunogenicity, immune cells, cytokines, physicochemical properties TME. Finally, current limitation prospects discussed.
