Cocrystallization of drugs with coformers is a promising method for modifying drug substance solid state qualities such as solubility and dissolution.The current study aimed to create, synthesize, analyze Nebivolol hydrochloride cocrystals by screening several coformers.The type II biopharmaceutical medication (NBH), used treat hypertension, has great permeability, limited water solubility, slow dissolving rate.This remains barrier the creation innovative formulations.In this paper, we focus on formation first NBH zwitterionic while using less hazardous amino acids coformers, L-proline P) L-glutamine (G).The were synthesized liquid-aided grinding solvent evaporation procedures molar ratio (1:1) zwitterion revealed distinctive characteristic in X-ray diffraction studies, FT-IR spectra, SEM images, DSC thermograms.The infrared demonstrated displacement bands.The X-Ray Powder Diffraction pattern indicated co-crystallinity significant difference 2θ value intense peaks.Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) spectra changed endotherms correlating melting point.Dissolution studies that disintegrated faster vitro 89.3% 84.7% respectively.

Three benzoic acid compounds including P-aminobenzoic (PABA), 3-Aminobenzoic (MABA), 3,5-Dinitrobenzoic (DNBA) were chosen for co-crystallization novel cocrystals obtained, TMP-PABA (1:2), TMP-MABA (1.5:1), TMP-DNBA (0.5:1). Hygroscopicity was characterized by dynamic vapor sorption (DVS) method. significantly improved hygroscopicity stability, mass change TMP decreased 25% 1.64% (TMP-PABA), 0.12% (TMP-MABA), 0.03% (TMP-DNBA) at 90% relative humidity. The melting points three all higher than TMP, among cocrystal had highest point showed best reducing hygroscopicity.
