Abstract Power ultrasound is a kind of green and environmentally friendly processing technology. Abstract As a by-product of processed products, the best treatment fruit seeds is oil extraction. Actinidia arguta account for 7–10% weight, and current yield was 20.8%. To make more efficient use seeds, ultrasonic-assisted seed extraction method adopted in this experiment, optimal technology obtained through single-factor experiment response surface experiment. The physical chemical indexes oil, including acid value, peroxide iodine color difference (L*, a*, b*), main fatty acids (linolenic linoleic acid), antioxidant activity (DPPH FRAP), were compared analyzed. Ten germplasms comprehensively evaluated by principal component analysis correlation methods to explore relationship between indexes. results showed process: liquid-solid ratio 10:1mL/g, time 98 min, power 161 W, temperature 40 rate 30.06 ± 0.21%. Through comprehensive evaluation, No. 14 had highest score most potential develop into oil. Iodine value correlated with acid, DPPH FRAP positively correlated, negatively acid. This study improved yield, reduced loss, screened out resources, provided theoretical basis future development food cosmetics industry.
