Diabetic
cardiomyopathy
(DCM)
is
a
specific
heart
condition
in
diabetic
patients,
which
major
cause
of
failure
and
significantly
affects
quality
life.
DCM
manifested
as
abnormal
cardiac
structure
function
the
absence
ischaemic
or
hypertensive
disease
individuals
with
diabetes.
Although
development
involves
multiple
pathological
mechanisms,
mitochondrial
dysfunction
considered
to
play
crucial
role.
The
regulatory
mechanisms
mainly
include
dynamics,
oxidative
stress,
calcium
handling,
uncoupling,
biogenesis,
mitophagy,
insulin
signaling.
Targeting
treatment
has
attracted
increasing
attention.
Studies
have
shown
that
plant
secondary
metabolites
contribute
improving
alleviating
DCM.
This
review
outlines
role

ABSTRACT
This
study
