Bitkiler, otoburlara karşı toksik, itici ve/veya beslenme karşıtı etkileri olan sekonder metabolitlerin sentezini içeren bir dizi savunma stratejisi geliştirmişlerdir. Genel olarak flavonoidler, alkaloidler ve terpenoidler sınıfında yer alan bu metabolitlerin, bitki savunmasındaki ekolojik işlevi iyi bilinmekte; ancak, bitki-tozlayıcı etkileşimlerindeki rolleri henüz yeterince açık değildir. Mevcut bilgilere göre, çiçeğin nektar poleninde bulunan metabolitler; renk koku gibi cezbedici özellikleri ile tozlaşmada aracılık etme, çok fazla katkısı olmayan böceklerden çiçeği nektarı koruma mikrobiyal aktiviteleri sayesinde tozlayıcılardaki hastalık etmenlerinin seviyesini azaltma faydaları etkili olmaktadır. Bu derleme çalışmasında, baklagil yem bitkilerindeki tozlaşmadaki üzerinde durulmuştur.

ABSTRACT This study aimed to investigate the differences in polysaccharides Astragali Radix (AR) from different sources, as well before and after honey processing, through analysis of enzymatic hydrolysates. The hydrolysis product astragalus (APS) by β‐galactosidase was characterized using hydrophilic interaction ultra‐high‐performance liquid chromatography coupled with time‐of‐flight mass spectrometry (HILIC‐UHPLC‐QTOF/MS). results indicated that all oligosaccharide fragments were composed hexoses, sugar groups linked 1,6‐glycosidic bonds. APS hydrolysates fingerprints established high‐performance an evaporative light scattering detector (HILIC‐HPLC‐ELSD) comprehensively evaluated based on their similarity. Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is a disease associated with high incidence and mortality, which major problem threatening women's health. Xiaoyao Sanjie Decoction (XYSJD) exhibits remarkable therapeutic efficacy on TNBC; however, the underlying mechanism unclear.
