Abstract Background Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is a type of cancer, the incidence and mortality rate have been high, use monotherapy easy to make patients develop tolerance. Atmospheric pressure plasma (APP) an emerging technology for killing cells in recent years, there are fewer studies related combination berberine mechanism action has not fully elucidated NSCLC. The article primary goal investigate effect on NSCLC its associated characterization. Methods results Antiproliferative effects were detected by MTT assay colony formation, flow cytometry analysis apoptosis cycling showed that synergistically induced apoptosis. Then, extracellular ROS levels DCFH-DA-based kits examined intracellular levels, their mitochondrial membrane potential measured. Study reveals co-induced with accumulation. Subsequently, Western blotting (WB) expression EGFR, important signaling pathway proteins Ras / ERK AKT mTOR. Results it could downregulation EGFR protein inhibit activation ERK/ pathways. Simultaneous wound healing EMT marker detection performed assessment migration ability cells. Combination therapy inhibited Conclusion this study show can induce regulating production. AKT/ERK inhibition linked synergistic effect.
