The
development
of
accurate
and
high-throughput
tools
for
cancer
biomarker
detection

optimized
key
steps
in
FLISA
process,
including
antigen
immobilization,
blocking,
reaction,
reading
time
to

h-significantly
faster
compared

duration
usual
FLISA.
limit
detecting
PDL1
was
lower
than
that
FLISA,
HER2
similar
between
two
methods,
indicating
provides
fast
approach
HER2.
This
robust
platform
can
be
readily
adapted
various
fluoroimmunoassays
targeting
other
antigens
interest.

microsphere
immunochromatographic
assay

consistent
quantification
using
microbiological
methods,

than

good
accuracy
