Abstract
Vaginal
atrophy
consists
of
the
loss
elasticity
and
thinning
vaginal
tissues
mucous
membranes.
This
is
a
condition
that
affects
women
especially
during
menopause,
following
hormonal
decline
resulting
from
cessation
ovarian
activity.
The
objective
present
study
was
evaluated
effects
Purasomes
IRC100+
on
proliferation
migration
VK2/E6E7
epithelial
cells
fibroblasts
by

vitro
experiments.

tested
three
different
concentrations
(0.5%,
1%

cell
viability
highest
at
2%
concentration
for
both
lines.
