Lipid rafts are specialized microdomains within cellular membranes enriched with cholesterol and sphingolipids that play key roles in organization, signaling, homeostasis. This review highlights their involvement protein clustering, energy metabolism, oxidative stress responses, inflammation, autophagy, apoptosis. These findings clarify influence on trafficking, adhesion while interacting the extracellular matrix, cytoskeleton, ion channels, making them pivotal progression of various diseases. further addresses contributions to immune including autoimmune diseases, chronic cytokine storms. Additionally, role as entry points for pathogens has been demonstrated, raft-associated receptors being exploited by viruses bacteria increase infectivity evade defenses. Disruptions lipid raft dynamics linked signaling defects, which contribute metabolic, neurodegenerative, cardiovascular underscores potential therapeutic targets, discussing innovations such engineered transplantation. Abstract Vaginal atrophy consists of the loss elasticity and thinning vaginal tissues mucous membranes. This is a condition that affects women especially during menopause, following hormonal decline resulting from cessation ovarian activity. The objective present study was evaluated effects Purasomes IRC100+ on proliferation migration VK2/E6E7 epithelial cells fibroblasts by in vitro experiments. We tested three different concentrations (0.5%, 1% 2%). found cell viability highest at 2% concentration for both lines. scratch-wound assay also done. Compared with scratch 0 h, all groups migrated after 24 significantly reduced treated compared to untreated cells. In particular, rates were 77% 82%, respectively IRC100+. Finally, this product promotes therefore it could improve wound healing.
