This study examines the relationship of parental concerns and attitudes toward restriction strategies with implementation mediation awareness their children’s involvement in sexting. The research involved 710 German adolescents aged between 12 17 years old, along one parent from each family (569 mothers 141 fathers). Data for this was collected 2019 as part EU Kids Online project. Multigroup structural equation modelling used to analyse relationships concerns, positive restrictions, across two age groups (12–14 15–17 old). Results indicate that parents have equal younger older children, but more girls than boys. Regarding are positively related monitoring while negatively associated use restrictive strategies. The rapid advancement of digital technology has posed significant challenges, particularly concerning the protection children from online exploitation. This study examines effectiveness child regulations in Indonesia, addressing critical issues increasing cases exploitation cyberspace. research aims to evaluate regulatory framework's strengths and limitations while providing actionable recommendations enhance system's efficiency.
