This study reports the synthesis of InVO4/α-Fe2O3 heterojunction photocatalysts with different stoichiometric ratios via a two-step hydrothermal reaction. The prepared were characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM, XPS, and other methods. composites exhibited good photocatalysis tetracycline hydrochloride. Among ratios, InVO4/0.25α-Fe2O3 photocatalyst showed highest degradation rate for 20 mg L−1 After three photocatalytic runs, it still excellent stability reusability. Meanwhile, this also found that superoxide radical anion (-O2−), electron (e−), hydroxyl (·OH), photogenerated hole (h+) are basic active substances in process.

This article successfully synthesized a series of Bi2MoO6/Bi4O5Br2 heterojunctions using two-step solvothermal method followed by calcination, and the photocatalytic activity degradation tetracycline hydrochloride (TC) was investigated. Compared with pure Bi4O5Br2 Bi2MoO6, exhibit higher activity, which can be attributed to heterostructures strong interfacial interaction, improving charge separation. The 2% heterojunction shows best under visible light irradiation, is 1.9 times 1.8 that Bi2MoO6 Bi4O5Br2, respectively. In addition, cyclic experiments have shown has high stability, efficiency only decreasing 3% after 5 cycles. From capture agent experiment ESR test, it seen ·O2− h+ are main active species. A possible mechanism irradiation proposed.
