This narrative review article aims to describe the issue of stunting in Indonesia, a condition from chronic malnutrition that impairs children’s growth and development. With prevalence approximately 30% among children under five, this problem is critical concern for policymakers healthcare providers. The also reviews various interventions, including programs enhance nutrition, promote breastfeeding, improve sanitation. By assessing these existing health policy strategies service management enhancements are proposed reduce rates. Stunting merupakan masalah yang masih menjadi polemik di Desa Meranti kabupaten Bone Bolango, provinsi Gorontalo. Kabupaten Bolango memiliki angka stunting sebesar 25,1%, mana hal ini diatas rerata nasional pada tahun 2022 yaitu 24,4% dan tolerir WHO yatu dibawah 20%. Berdasarkan ini, kami melakukan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dengan edukasi ibu anak balita, menyusui, hamil kader kesehatan berada Meranti. Pemberian kelompok salah satu upaya mempercepat penurunan insidensi Edukasi diberikan dapat dipahami baik, diukur pemberian pre-test sebelum post-test setelah Edukai. Namun perlu disadari bahwa tidak satu-satunya untuk menurunkan Meranti, dibutuhkan peran lintas sektor dukungan pemerintah bersama melawan

The objective of the study is to analyze effect mothers’ knowledge before and after counseling on nutrition protein intake in stunting toddlers aged 12-36 months. This used a quasi-experimental design with two-group pretest-posttest from May August 2022 Batujajar Cihampelas Subdistricts, West Bandung Regency, Indonesia. Subjects consisted 124 mothers who had stunted were divided into 2 groups: control treatment, 62 each, simple random sampling. In 1st 4th months, nutritional measurements carried out using Food Frequency Questionnaire 2007 Nutrisurvey software. statistical analysis included t-test (comparison) for each pair variables tests independence correlation coefficient chi-square. Pretest majority group was sufficient category at 38.7%. Meanwhile, treatment group, it good 54.8%. Nutrition showed that posttest (15.45 ± 3.55) (18.53 1.49) groups significantly different (p <0.01). Protein pretest (1st, 2nd, 3rd, month protein) between also (p<0.05). There significant mother's about toddlers. Health workers are expected continue provide health education gradually repeatedly increase mothers' so risk can be minimized.

Based on the analysis of situation from initial survey data community service activities, several health problems were obtained in RW 16, it can be concluded that there are 3 maternal and child priorities for team to overcome, namely: The prevalence stunting children under five years old, low coverage immunization children, nutritional pregnant women. purpose this is solve by providing education community.
