The relationship between distinct dietary selenium intake and type 2 diabetes (T2D) is still a topic of uncertainty. This study examined the T2D risk among middle-aged older Chinese adults. Dietary was assessed through three 24 h recalls, using data from China Health Nutrition Survey. To investigate potential dose-response pattern likelihood developing T2D, we employed both restricted cubic spline analysis Cox proportional hazards model as our analytical tools. A cohort 5970 participants aged ≥ 50 years followed for an average 5.44 years. results revealed V-shaped correlation risk, with lowest observed at approximately 45 µg/day. Abstract Introduction: Magnesium (Mg 2+ ) is a critical micromineral and one of the utmost essential intracellular cations. It works as co-factor in different metabolic backlash carbohydrates. Materials Methods: This traverse study comprised 107 diagnosed cases T2DM, including from Holy Family Red Crescent Medical College Hospital outpatient department, Dhaka, Bangladesh. Fasting was collected, fasting sugar, concentration haemoglobin A1C (HbA1c) (HbA1C test that shows what your average [glucose] level over past 2–3 months) were measured. Background and objectives There is growing evidence that sleep duration associated with future risk of new-onset diabetes mellitus.
