Our paper focuses on the issues of social health and psychological safety university students involved in digital sustainable education during COVID-19 pandemic. Currently, modern is becoming inclusive due to advancements information communication technologies (ICT), it important not only stress relevance development use technologies, but also their impact at schools universities worldwide. Digital literacy a newly emerging feature that results from attitude team members field technologies. This explores impacts pandemic students' learning well-being outlines potential considerations for educational systems as they support through recovery period beyond. study based our own survey was administered using snowball convenient sample 1524 respondents (aged 19-26 years; 56.2% females 43.8% males) Czech Republic (N = 804) Russia 720). We employed ANOVA Dirichlet Process mixtures Generalized Linear Models (DP-GLM) order explain causes anxiety after grouping variables represented by gender specializations. demonstrate more than 87% expressed medium high vulnerability stress, while 58% were affected severe online engagement. The most factors emerged significant fear getting infected distancing, best strategy cope with self-control. These allow us provide practical recommendations effectively coping controlling among post-pandemic era. Due to the complexity of obesity in adolescence, interdisciplinary treatment is necessary. The aim this study was analyze effects an intervention program with adolescents and their guardians on nutritional status, body composition, metabolic syndrome indicators profile overweight adolescents. project lasted 14 weeks divided into three stages: recruitment participants data collection; interventions over 12 weeks; re-evaluations. Of 21 adolescent participants, 57.14% were classified as obese. Optimistic changes observed such a reduction percentage total fat, visceral fat abdominal circumference, well increase lean mass for both guardians. also significant adolescents' blood glucose HDL-c. As result, results showed benefits terms health-related parameters.
