In recent years, increasing attention of researchers has been paid to the role melatonin in regulation body weight. When analyzing literature data, problem mechanism action on and its use correction metabolic disorders is considered. Disruption circadian rhythms caused by artificial light at night leads decreased secretion. This helps increase appetite reduce energy costs. addition, plays a major modulating secretion adipokines influencing lipid metabolism. Decreased production causes insulin resistance disorganization, leading obesity. Assessing development obesity accompanying pathologies promising area scientific research field diagnosis, prevention treatment endocrine cardiovascular pathologies.

Background Lifelines Diet Score (LLDS) was developed based on the 2015 Dutch Dietary Guidelines and current international scientific evidence. As a dietary quality assessment tool, LLDS aims to evaluate association between Lifeline diet risk of chronic diseases. However, evidence linking lung cancer is currently limited. Objective Our objective explore whether adherence associated with reduced incidence mortality cancer, including its major histological subtypes: small cell (SCLC) non-small (NSCLC). Methods Data for this research were sourced from Prostate, Lung, Colorectal, Ovarian (PLCO) Trial. The each participant calculated responses history questionnaire (DHQ), subsequently analyzed after being categorized into quintiles. Cox proportional hazards regression model utilized compute hazard ratios (HRs) 95% confidence intervals (CIs) both SCLC NSCLC. Additionally, stratified analyses conducted ascertain possible effect modifiers, several sensitivity performed robustness findings. Results During mean follow-up periods 8.8 years 15.1 mortality, we identified 1,642 new cases 1,172 related deaths cancer. Participants in highest quartiles compared those lowest exhibited (HR Q4:Q1 = 0.80, CI 0.68–0.94, P trend 0.003) 0.81, 95%CI 0.67–0.98, 0.009) Furthermore, negative remained 0.55, 0.35–0.87, 0.002) 0.42, 0.25–0.70, <0.001). not influenced by pre-defined potential modifiers (all interaction > 0.05). substantiated results. Conclusion In conclusion, our indicates that among 98,459 U.S. adults aged 55 older, linked diminished
