To understand the extent to which different sources of diet and nutrition information are sought, trusted, relied upon for making dietary changes, present international web-based survey study gauged participants' (n = 3419) diet-nutrition information-seeking behaviors from 22 interpersonal general with varying quality, trust levels in these sources, reliance on each source changes. As emerging adults (18–25) establish food decision-making independence, this study examines personal and media influences on their recipe choices via segmented approach. A survey during COVID-19 (N = 556) assessed preferred socialization agents (family members, friends, celebrity chefs, celebrities, influencers). Two-step clustering identified three pre-COVID-19 seven during-COVID-19 clusters with varying agents, revealing the dynamic, negotiated nature of in adulthood, both shared differing preferences. Yanlış çelişkili bilgileri, tüketicilerin tutumlarını, inançlarını davranışsal niyetlerini olumsuz etkileyebilir.
