AbstractSaccharomyces
boulardii
(Sb),
a
yeast
probiotic,
has
beneficial
effects
on
gastrointestinal
and
metabolic
diseases.
Recently,
the
manipulation
of
gut
microbiota
with
Sb
its
potential
role
in
modulating
neurological
conditions
through
regulating
neuroinflammatory
responses
via
gut-brain
axis

considered.

we
examined

(TLR4)-mediated
neuroinflammation

memory
impairment
lipopolysaccharide
