The analysis concerned quantification total carbohydrates, starch, lipid, fatty acids, protein, amino minerals, dietary fibers using AOAC standards, phytic acid polyphenols spectrophotometric assays. antiradical activity was evaluated DPPH assay based on chelating properties free radicals against minerals. bioavailability minerals also estimated molar ratios. On dry weight basis, soft contains higher amounts carbohydrates (80.307 ± 0.634 g/100 g), while durum (14.007 0.569 g) (16.452 0.141 flours contain more proteins, predominantly represented glutamic leucine. mineral revealed abundance iron, zinc, calcium red, flours. Low-no-calorie sweeteners (LNCS) are used as sugar substitutes part of strategies to reduce the risk chronic diseases related high intake (e.g. type 2 diabetes (T2D)). This study investigated how a range [tagatose (TA)/maltitol (MA)/sorbitol (SO)/stevia (ST)/sucralose (SU)/acesulfame K (ACK)] impact gut microbiota T2D subjects and healthy human adults using ex vivo SIFR® technology (n = 12). The cohort covered clinically relevant interpersonal T2D-related differences. ACK/SU remained intact while not impacting microbial composition metabolite production. In contrast, TA/SO ST/MA were respectively readily gradually fermented. ST particularly TA/SO/MA increased bacterial density SCFA production product-specifically: SO acetate (∼Bifidobacterium adolescentis), whilst MA/ST propionate (∼Parabacteroides distasonis). TA exerted low specificity it butyrate for subjects, yet subjects. Overall, LNCS highly compound-specific effects stressing that results obtained one cannot be generalised other LNCS.

Çalışmada, 2000-2020 yılları arası verisi mevcut olan sonuçlarından doğumda beklenen yaşam süresi (DBYS) bebek ölüm hızının (BÖH), çevre, fiziksel davranışı hizmetleri faktörlerinden, gayri safi yurtiçi hâsıla (GSYİH), işgücüne katılım oranı (İKO), işsizlik (İŞZ), yüksek-öğretimli nüfus (YÖN), nitrojen oksit (NOX), sülfür (SOX), PM2.5’e maruz kalma (PM25), alkol tüketimi (Alkol), günlük sigara (GünSig), şeker alımı (Şeker), yağ (Yağ), doktor sayısı (DrSay), hastane yatak (HasYatSay), toplam harcamaları (TSH), istihdam (TSveSI) çocuk aşılama oranı/kızamık (CocukAO) ile ilişkisi incelenmiştir. Çalışmada yöntem olarak panel regresyon analizi uygulanmış veri seti üyesi ülkelerinin dönemi analize dâhil edilmiştir. Analiz sonucunda, GSYİH, YÖN, Şeker TSH’nin, DBYS’ne etkisinin pozitif yönlü anlamlı, Alkol, GünSig SOX’in ise negatif anlamlı olduğu tespit BÖH’ına ise, TSH’nin Hükümetlerin, tütün politikaları ilgili alacakları önlemler, DBYS’nin uzamasına katkı sağlayacaktır. Bebek azaltılmasında sonuçlarının iyileştirilmesinde, SOX’nin azaltılmasına yönelik yapılacak politikaların güçlendirilmesi gerekmektedir.
