Objectives: Vitamin D plays a crucial role in maintaining bone and muscle health is associated with various conditions. Risk factors for reduced vitamin levels include occupation. The aim of this study was to explore the association between shift work among female workers. Methods: This cross-sectional conducted 304 women from an industrial group located southern Brazil. deficiency defined as serum 25(OH)D < 20 ng/mL, deficiency/insufficiency 30 ng/mL. Work data were collected through interviews using start end times shifts, classified "day shift" (6:00 AM ≤ hh:hh 10:00 PM) "night (10:00 PM 6:00 AM), respectively. expressed prevalence ratio (PR), Poisson regression adjusted confounding variables. Results: 36.5% (95% CI: 31.1-41.9), while insufficiency 75.7% 70.8-80.5). After adjustment, significant found, 65% 17% higher probabilities having (PR = 1.65; 95% 1.23-2.22; p 0.001) 1.17; 1.02-1.35; 0.030) nightshift workers compared dayshift Conclusions: findings indicate high hypovitaminosis Brazilian fixed-shift well probability

Vitamin D deficiency (Vt.D) is common in adolescents and influenced by some factors, including puberty. It impacted serotonin levels, thus increasing the risk of depression. This study was conducted to assess association between vitamin depression its effect on adolescent students. Vitamin D possesses a crucial role in preserving bone health, modulating the immune system responses, and supporting various physiological functions throughout body. Chronic atrophic autoimmune gastritis (CAAG) constitutes an condition marked by inflammation damage to stomach cells, often resulting decreased ability absorb certain nutrients, including vitamin B12 iron. Although, is not directly affected this condition, sufficiency of micronutrient seems have important implications for overall health management disease. The aim current review was assess incidence related features deficiency patients with CAAG elucidate complex regulatory nutrient, effort improve patient outcomes. greatly contributes regulation system. In CAAG, attacks lining; thus, maintenance healthy balanced response important. conditions such as where plays decisive disease progression, could potentially exert managing controlling associated symptoms. Adequate levels may help regulating reducing inflammation. addition, are at risk nutrient deficiencies, iron, which can lead anemia issues. As critical calcium absorption assurance sufficient be beneficial preventing or mitigating bone-related complications. conclusion, regular monitoring levels, among other appropriate supplementation, when necessary, well-being these patients.
