Aims: The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between orthorexia nervosa (ON) and social appearance anxiety (SAA) investigate effects these variables on healthy lifestyle behaviors (HLB) in young adults aged 18-30 years. Methods: A total 408 adult male female volunteers, with a mean age 21.7±2.95 years, participated study. structural model was proposed SAA ON HLB. To assess how well represented underlying components, we first evaluated confirmatory measurement model. Subsequently, analyzed that allowed for examination multiple regression equations involving several dependent variables. This study evaluated the psychometric properties of Nine-Item Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder Scale (NIAS), Düsseldorf Orthorexia (DOS), Night Syndrome Questionnaire (NESQ), Zung's Self-Rating Depression (SDS), Perceived Stress (PSS) students in China Pakistan to assess reliability validity explore relationships between behaviors mental health. Initially, responses from 1056 were obtained, which reduced 1002 after screening. Sociodemographic data collected. Descriptive statistics, analysis, Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) performed using SPSS Moment Structures (AMOS).
