Background and Study Purpose: Through the present paper, we aimed to determine what extent physical capacity was affected by restrictions during pandemic. This confirmatory study hypothesises that university students’ fitness level effort decreased after pandemic compared results obtained before sanitary restrictions. Material Methods: Fifty female students at economic faculties, part of two groups 25 each, in age range between 19 21, passed six tests. The applied tests targeted strength (sit-ups squads 30 s), power (standing long jump), flexibility (sit reach), coordination (Matorin test), cardio-respiratory (Ruffier test). Results: All test results, except one, demonstrate a statistically significant difference, confirming hypothesis samples differ strength, power, flexibility, coordination, fitness. By calculating Cohen d effect size, standardized mean difference demonstrates how substantially different are samples. Conclusions: compares objective standardised successive young women can contribute better understanding long-term impact breakdown on level. abilities decrease 10 28 per cent, with most worrying recorded abdominal Remedial measures needed reverse potential adults crisis.
