To manage these shortcomings, this article, authors hypothesise multidisciplinary path care named Integrated Oral Health Network applied Orthopaedic Surgery (IOHN-OS). peri-operative initiative would include pre-operative health screening risk management by dental team, patient education programmes before surgery, bedside gerodontology actions like meal support for fragile individuals.
