Objective Evidence linking non-obese non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) with residual cholesterol (RC) is weak. We evaluated the effects of a 12-week hypocaloric ketogenic diet (KD) on glucose and lipid metabolism, as well body mass, in overweight, obese, healthy-weight females.
