overweight

crossover-controlled
feeding

AAD

isocaloric
diet
supplemented
42.5
g/day
of
almonds
(ALD).

increases

Faecalibacterium
prausnitzii,
while
suppressing
opportunistic
pathogens,
thereby
favorably
modulating
microecological
niches
through
symbiotic
microbe-metabolite
interactions.
Moreover,
ALD
elevates
health-beneficial
monosaccharides

bacterial
consumption
amino
acids,

enhanced
microbial
