Celiac disease (CD) is a type of systemic autoimmune condition triggered by gluten consumption among genetically predisposed individuals. To assess the knowledge, awareness, and practices pertaining to CD associated conditions dietitians in Jordan. A cross-sectional web-based survey was carried out between April October 2023. The an internet-based questionnaire with closed-ended questions. majority answered correctly that caused due immunological reaction gluten, gliadin, protamine (91.7%); it (71.2%); risk developing higher patients (78.8). respondents (93.6%) identified strict gluten-free diet treatment approach for patients. However, only (18.9%) FDA guidelines "Gluten Free" food labeling. Approximately 53.4% immunoglobulin (IgA) antibody testing as most reliable way diagnose CD. have good understanding topics. development credentials would ensure practicing are skilled.
