This study aimed to establish a hyperlipidemia model in ICR mice using homemade high-fat diet. It further investigated hyperlipidemia-related indicators control and at various feeding durations determine the optimal time frame for successful establishment. Sixteen male were introduced intervals of 3 weeks, starting from weeks 0, 3, 6, 9, 12. The group was fed standard diet, while received diet induce hyperlipidemia.
