Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is a leading condition in terms of prevalence and overall health impact. With the increased life expectancy CKD population improvement medical care, controlling musculoskeletal complications remains tough challenge. Patients with are prone to falls, fractures sarcopenia, enhancing risk death. A multitude mechanisms contribute fractures, treatment suboptimal; therefore, prevention must stand out as key step. This review aims provide an overview most relevant data regarding impact nutrition on bone disorders sarcopenia CKD. The newest studies emphasize that plant protein intake associated lower production uremic toxins, serum phosphorus levels, stronger bones. We conclude patients should adopt specific diets tailored presence osteoporosis, renal osteodystrophy, muscle wasting. Low-protein or plant-dominant containing adequate amount could be better choices for predialysis order protect their bones muscles, whereas dialysis population, higher essential prevent osteoporosis sarcopenia. In all CKD, focusing antioxidant food strong antiaging benefit through ensuring good health.
