Thyroid storm is a complex medical diagnosis that, due to its lower incidence in general, can be challenging assess if clinicians do not include it their differential diagnosis. If diagnosed late, trigger life-threatening cardiac arrhythmia and multi-organ failure, leading death. Here, we report the case of 40-year-old female patient with an initial complaint sore throat. After being treated for possible bacterial infection, was then found that she had abnormal thyroid levels viral infection. This paper will describe findings, decisions, prognosis, different diagnoses considered when assessed emergency department during her hospital stay.

The World Health Organization warns that the conditions for spread of infectious diseases increase when level vaccination population falls. In order to prevent fatal cases, it becomes a question timely diagnosis. article examines issues related medical care, diagnosis, and pharmacotherapy exudative pleurisy. advantages features ultrasound diagnostics are mentioned. method in diagnosis treatment pleurisy was studied. effectiveness lung has been proven. optimal performing pleural punctures with help control developed. It is noted significant advantage absence X-ray exposure. concluded implementation program guarantees provision care patients will contribute improvement quality diagnostics, use methods optimize system legal relations "doctor-patient-pharmacist".
