In our work, we use the multifractal motion theory to apply a state density conservation law polymer-drug release process. This is specific transition from nonmultifractal curves corresponding processes. A diffusion-type was obtained, which describes cyclic drug dynamics until polymer matrix fully degraded. The system reveals programmable nature due its complex part and scale resolution dependence.
