Ionic liquids (ILs) which belong to the molten salt of a high ionic environment exhibit number unique properties, including formation various heterogeneities in their microemulsion. We found that auto-generated radicals within [Bmim][PF6]/[C16mim][PF6]/PBS reverse micelles (IL-RMs) and then were quantified this study. For radical confirmation, EPR spectroscopy with 5,5-dimethyl-1-pyrroline N-oxide (DMPO) free scavenger was carried out. A spectroscopic chemical probe 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazine (DPPHH) employed quantify IL-RM systems. The mechanism generation also proposed. DPPHH method is simple, rapid, sensitive Finally, IL-RMs successfully applied degrade Rhodamine B (Rho-B) dye low degradation cost, simple operation, short time consumption, remarkable effect. results show near 100% rate for 10 μmol·L−1 Rho-B system pH 7.4 PBS containing 1 mmol·L−1 chloroacetic acid as an aqueous phase.

Background: Yeokwisan (YWS) is a standardised herbal formula for relieving functional dyspepsia symptoms. Methods: We explored the therapeutic value of YWS and its potential effects on gastritis. Its inhibitory effect gastric mucosal damage anti-inflammatory activity in animal models alcohol- restraint stress-induced gastritis were also examined. Gastric tissues ICR mice treated with (150 300 mg/kg) or famotidine (5 10 days collected, lesions quantified. The stomachs C57BL/6 23 Blood samples analysed inflammation related factors gastroprotective effects. Results: (300 inhibited by 42.33% EtOH-induced model 75% (compared to control group). Pretreatment led decreased levels inflammatory (IL-1β, IL-6, COX-2). showed through histamine downregulation, while prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) mucin upregulated. mRNA H2R, M3R, CCK2R, H+/K+ ATPase significantly following treatment YWS. Conclusions: provides protection properties, reduced secretion, enhanced release defensive factors.
