Arnica montana L. is an important herbal medicinal plant that belongs to the family Asteraceae. This has been known for its uses centuries. A. exhibits several pharmacological properties, including immunomodulatory, anti-inflammatory, anticancer, antioxidant, and antibacterial effects. For first time, impacts of biotic elicitor yeast extract, abiotic salicylic acid on micropropagation, antioxidant potential, accumulation caffeoylquinic acids in arnica vitro shoots were assessed. The results showed extract applied at 100 mg/L significantly promotes shoot multiplication, biomass yield, total phenolic content, synthesis compared control untreated shoots. Flavonoid content was highest samples treated with 200 although this concentration measured biometric parameters began decrease. Salicylic µM found be effective induction vigorous shoots, height growth, accumulation; nevertheless, downregulated level, phenolics, flavonoids. Increasing caused multiplication fresh reduction. Both elicitors modulated activity enzymes against oxidative stress. Overall, use these substances can improve growth yield
