Yataprasen
(YTPS)
remedy
ethanolic
spray,
one
of
the
National
Thai
Traditional
Medicine
Formulary,
is
extensively
employed
in
traditional
healthcare
to
manage
musculoskeletal
pain
and
inflammation.
Despite
its
widespread
use,
quality
stability
YTPS
formulation,
critical
efficacy,
safety,
patient
adherence,
have
not
been
comprehensively
studied.
This
research
developed
optimized
a
film-forming
spray
(FFS)
formulation
extract
conducted
6-month
evaluation.
The
FFS
shares
similarities
with
gel
formulations,
particularly
ability
form
cohesive,
semi-solid
film
upon
application,
enhancing
localized
drug
delivery
prolonged
contact
time.
Key
physicochemical
properties,
including
density
(0.8450–0.9086
g/cm3),
pH
(4.72–4.95),
angle
(55.58–60.10°),
evaporation
time
(1.04–1.27
min),
theoretical
thickness
(7.72–13.97
µm),
were
analyzed
across
varying
storage
conditions.
Active
components
β-amyrin
stigmasterol
demonstrated
retention
rates
96.78%
68.22%,
respectively,
under
refrigerated
conditions,
degradation
accelerating
at
higher
temperatures.
Significant
variations
density,
angle,
thickness,
concentration
observed.
Additionally,
RP-HPLC
method
was
validated
for
accurate
precise
quantification
bioactive
compounds
such
as
stigmasterol,
demonstrating
excellent
linearity
within
10–100
µg/mL
range
both
R2
>
0.999.
results
confirmed
that
YTPS-FFS
exhibits
good
HPLC
reliable
routine
control.
These
findings
supported
potential
standardized
effective
dosage
managing
advancing
role
modernized
medicine.

Oxidative
stress
plays
a
crucial
role
in
chronic
nasal
disorders,
contributing
to
inflammation,
tissue
damage,
and
impaired
mucosal
function,
highlighting
the
need
for
targeted
therapies.
Recent
advancements
drug
delivery
systems
have
expanded
their
applications
treating
respiratory
inflammatory
conditions.
Among
these,
hydrogel-based
offer
prolonged
release
of
active
pharmaceutical
ingredients
(APIs),
enhancing
therapeutic
efficacy
reducing
dosing
frequency.
This
study
initially
evaluates
antioxidant,
anti-inflammatory,
antimicrobial,
cytotoxic
properties
Nanotriphala,
followed
by
its
incorporation
into
thermoresponsive
situ
hydrogel
system,
which
was
subsequently
developed
characterized
as
novel
formulation.
Nanotriphala
exhibited
>90%
cell
viability
significantly
reduced
nitric
oxide
(NO)
levels
40.55
µg/mL
at
250
µg/mL.
The

parameters,
including
viscosity,
gelling
time,
pH,
temperature,
texture
analysis,
ex
vivo
spreadability.
Stability
assessed
under
various
conditions,
mutagenicity
antimutagenicity
were
evaluated
using
Ames
test.
Results
showed
that
gelled

Stigmasterol
is
a
plant-derived
phytosterol
that
has
attracted
considerable
attention
because
of
its
diverse
biological
activities
and
potential
therapeutic
applications.
In
this
review,
the
chemical
properties,
biosynthesis,
effects
stigmasterol
are
exhaustively
summarized.
Furthermore,
anti-inflammatory,
antioxidant,
anticancer,
neuroprotective,
hypolipidemic
have
been
discussed.
Findings
from
various
in
vitro
vivo
studies
revealed
treating
diseases,
including
cancer,
diabetes,
neurological
disorders,
inflammatory
conditions.
The
mechanisms
underlying
these

discussed,
particularly
emphasizing

Background
Diabetic
retinopathy
(DR),
one
of
the
most
common
complications
diabetes,
severely
impacts
patients’
quality
life.
The
combined
use
traditional
Chinese
medicines
Astragalus,
Fructus
ligustris,
and
Cornus
officinalis
has
yielded
considerable
therapeutic
effects
in
clinical
DR
treatment.
Methods
In
this
study,
a
multimodule
framework
(BNM)
encompassing
bioinformatics,
network
pharmacology,
machine
learning
(ML)
based
on
molecular
fingerprints
was
innovatively
developed
to
thoroughly
investigate
mechanisms
medicine

DR.
Results
A
total

were
