Natural biosorbents from agricultural side stream products are being investigated due to their large surface area and capacity for various compounds. The aim of the present work was investigate raspberry seeds sorption potential in recovery natural pigments. experiment included seed a liquid by-phase rich anthocyanins initially collected during depulping material. Biosorption monitored by LC-MS analysis total anthocyanin content (TAC) before after biosorption.
