Liposomes are well-known nanoparticles with a non-toxic nature and the ability to incorporate both hydrophilic hydrophobic drugs simultaneously. As modern drug delivery formulations produced by emerging technologies, numerous advantages of liposomal systems over conventional liposomes or free treatment cancer have been reported. Recently, liposome nanocarriers exhibited high loading capacity, protection, improved bioavailability, enhanced intercellular delivery, better therapeutic effect because resounding success in targeting delivery. The site smart responsive liposomes, achieved through changes their physicochemical morphological properties, allows for controlled release active compounds under certain endogenous exogenous stimuli. In that way, multifunctional stimuli-responsive therapeutics enhance efficacy prevention fighting metastases, while limiting systemic side effects on healthy tissues organs. Since constitute promising site-targeted anticancer release, this review focuses recent progress achievements applications.

Polyphenols (PPs) are a large group of phytochemicals containing phenolic rings with two or more hydroxyl groups. They possess powerful antioxidant properties, multiple therapeutic effects, and possible health benefits in vivo vitro, as well reported clinical studies. Considering their free-radical scavenging anti-inflammatory these substances can be used to treat different kinds conditions associated metabolic disorders. Many symptoms syndrome (MtS), including obesity, dyslipidemia, atherosclerosis, elevated blood sugar, accelerating aging, liver intoxication, hypertension, cancer neurodegenerative disorders, substantially relieved by dietary PPs. The present study explores the bioprotective properties underlying mechanisms A detailed understanding natural compounds will open up new opportunities for producing unique PP-rich medicinal plans, ultimately affirming benefits.

Development of nanomaterials for drug delivery has received considerable attention due to their potential achieving on-target the diseased area while surrounding healthy tissue is spared. Safe and efficiently delivered payloads have always been a challenge in pharmaceutics. Niosomes are self-assembled vesicular nanocarriers formed by hydration non-ionic surfactant, cholesterol or other molecules that combine form versatile system with variety applications ranging from topical targeted delivery. advantages similar those liposomes regards ability incorporate both hydrophilic hydrophobic payloads. Moreover, niosomes simple manufacturing methods, low production cost exhibit extended stability, consequently overcoming major drawbacks associated liposomes. This review provides comprehensive summary niosomal research date, including types critical material attributes (CMA) process parameters (CPP) effects on quality (CQA) technology. Furthermore, physical characterisation techniques provided. The then highlights recent specialised Finally, limitations prospects this technology discussed.

In recent years, the role of optically sensitive nanomaterials has become powerful moieties in therapeutic techniques and particularly emphasized. Currently, by extraordinary development different fields medicine, they have found new applications. Phototherapy modalities, such as photothermal therapy (PTT) toxic heat generation photodynamic (PDT) reactive oxygen species, are known promising phototherapeutic techniques, which can overcome limitations conventional protocols. Moreover, nanomaterial-based PDT PTT match simultaneous immune increase system stimulation resulting from denaturation cancer cells. Nevertheless, should sufficient biocompatibility efficiency to meet requirements agents. The present review focuses on potency PDT, PTT, also their combined alternative protocols with minimal morbidity integrated into gold standard treatments surgery, chemotherapy, radiation at tumor treatment cancer-related infectious diseases. addition, for deeper understanding, photoablation effects emphasis nature, morphology, size photosensitive were studied. Finally, transportation needed carriers photosensitizers agents hard-accessed regions, example, cancerous investigated.
