The integration of sabai grass fibers and fly ash in epoxy resin combines the strengths both materials for developing a tailor-made composite laminate that balances performance, sustainability, cost-efficiency. This innovative blend natural industrial waste promotes environmental conservation. laminates produced could also be used diverse structural applications. study investigated mechanical properties reinforced with fibers, filler, as matrix. In this work, hand lay-up method was to fabricate composites two stacking configurations ((0°/0°/0°/0°) (0°/90°/90°/0°)) filler contents 1.5 wt.%, 3 5 wt.%. Various weight fractions fiber were integrated into evaluate their impact on tensile strength, flexural hardness. experimental results indicate adding significantly improves composite’s hardness 27 HV containing wt.% while contribute enhanced strength strength. (0°/0°/0°/0°) showed higher 63.5 MPa 118.5 MPa. fractured sample analyzed help FESEM images. XRD analysis confirmed presence components suitable forming bond epoxy. EDX conducted determine elemental composition ash. FTIR verified removal impurities such dust, dirt, lignin from surface following NaOH treatment.

Abstract Effective and advanced management methods are needed to utilize agricultural waste residue. The present study highlights the effectiveness of nanoparticles in strengthening composites repurposing agro-waste into sustainable materials. SiO 2 /C (NPs) were developed using sol–gel technique. influence NPs on specific strength modulus (ranging from 0.1 wt% 0.5 wt%) was investigated paddy straw as per ASTM standards. At a loading 0.4 nanoparticles, composite exhibited 69.9% increase 50.4% stiffness compared neat composite. This improvement is attributed uniform dispersion which promotes even stress distribution strengthens interfacial bonding between fibers matrix. Moreover, tensile properties also determined Finite Element Method (FEM), computational technique that simulates response material physical forces further with experimental findings.

The main goals of this research are to identify the significant input parameters using supervised machine learning methods and investigate relationship between process, structure, properties components created fused deposition modeling utilizing nylon aramid composite filaments. To develop an experimental layout Taguchi’s L 18 orthogonal array, six different FDM such as infill pattern, density, layer thickness, component orientation, print temperature, raster angle have been taken into consideration.Using Ultimaker printer, rectangular samples were created, values face hardness, thickness regions, printing time, weight assessed. ANOVA signal noise ratio method two techniques that used find influencing parameter ideal combination parameters. When comparing thickly layered with a suitable increase in time weight, thin-layered shown greater hardness at both tested areas. With 50.09% contribution 30.11% area, is found be over hardness.Layer important element contributes 81.95% 42.09% part respectively. In 80:20 train-test split, decision tree approach outperformed k-nearest neighbor algorithm for all four output responses, classification accuracy ranging from 83.33% 100%. Infill density recommended by extremely similarly highly region. presence surface pores, interior voids, abnormalities confirmed FESEM images.
