China is rich in low-permeability oil and gas resources, offering significant potential for exploration development. However, reservoirs are characterized by poor reservoir properties, high seepage resistance, limited effectiveness of enhancement measures. Therefore, understanding the key factors affecting capacity during stimulation crucial. This study focuses on core samples from South Sea investigates mechanisms damage fractures under three conditions: fracturing fluid systems, solid particles within fractures, displacement pressure differentials. A 3D scanner was used to visually capture changes fracture surface roughness different experimental conditions, extent permeability analyzed evaluate damage. Among types, guar gum caused most damage, extensively adsorbing onto walls reducing flow area fractures. The rate reached 41.54%, with 34.53%. Regarding particles, formation were prone secondary fragmentation, generating more fines that easily blocked channels. Formation highest permeability, a reduction 59.51% 35.12%. In contrast, proppant had least impact. Higher pressures exacerbated exfoliation transport loose surfaces. positively correlated differential: greater differentials resulted larger reductions wall roughness. Understanding these trends crucial improving production reservoirs.

The characteristics of marine–continental transitional shale reservoirs and the performance parameters fracturing fluids, such as pH mineralization, play a crucial role in influencing flowback efficiency these fluids. Excessive retention fluids within reservoir can lead to significant decrease permeability, thereby diminishing gas well productivity. This study investigates samples sourced from formation eastern Ordos Basin, along with field-collected fluid samples, including water, sub-formation distilled inorganic acids, organic through experiments. results show that: (1) rate exhibits positive correlation salinity, low-salinity showing dual effect on clay mineral hydration. These increase pore volume sample 0.003 cm3/g 0.0037 but also potentially reduce permeability by 31.15% 99.96%; (2) dissolution effects acids enhance 16.42% 22.25%, owing their chemical interactions constituents; (3) development reservoirs, it is imperative carefully devise protection strategies that balance fracture-inducing hydration expansion, while mitigating water sensitivity damage. application acid preflush, primarily or conjunction advanced techniques, connectivity pores fractures, improving fracture conductivity, increasing ensuring sustained high production wells.

The gas-water two-phase flow occurring as a result of fracturing fluid flowback phenomena is known to impact significantly the productivity shale gas well.In this work, has been simulated in framework hybrid approach partially relying on embedded discrete fracture model (EDFM).This assumes region outside stimulated reservoir volume (SRV) single-medium while SRV itself described using double-medium strategy which can account for exchange between matrix and micro-fractures.The adsorption, desorption, diffusion, slippage effect, stress sensitivity, capillary imbibition have considered. The production, pore pressure distribution water saturation simulated. The influences hydraulic geometry nonorthogonal fractures production determined discussed accordingly. The simulation results show that daily an upward downward trend due presence large amount around fracture. The smaller angle wellbore, faster wells decreases, lower cumulative production.Nonplanar increase control improve wells.
