Waste resource utilization is an important initiative in regard to promoting the development of green, low-carbon, and recycling activities agriculture. Exploring impact digital social support on farmers’ waste behavior conducive solving challenges brought about by current rapid plantation industry. Based survey data concerning 1213 farmers Liaoning Province, this paper empirically analyzes influence using a standard Poisson regression model explores roles information comprehension self-efficacy moderating role narrow framing process. The results show that, firstly, had significant positive effect behavior, conclusion was still valid after endogenous problems. For robustness test, every unit increase increased expected value 22.14%. Secondly, influenced improving their ability self-efficacy. Thirdly, will weaken behavior. Finally, based heterogeneity analysis degree land fragmentation concept face, resources with low strong face. Therefore, government agricultural sector should strengthen infrastructure, actively establish sharing platforms, provide personalized so that they can engage contribute green sustainable development.
