ABSTRACT An innovative, simple, economical, and sensitive reversed phase–high performance liquid chromatography (RP–HPLC) chromatographic method for simultaneous analysis of erythromycin (ERY) adapalene (ADP) in bulk pharmaceutical nanoformulation was developed by analytical quality‐by‐design (AQbD) avenue. According to published research, there is no strategy that integrates RP–HPLC with AQbD estimating ERY ADP. The carried out Box–Behnken design, which reduced trial runs design points. Acetonitrile: orthophosphoric acid (OPA) (0.1% triethanolamine) pH 6.2 water used as the mobile phase. ratio set 35:65 (v/v) at 0.8 mL/min flow rate detect analytes 231 nm. As per guidelines International Conference on Harmonization Q1A (R2), approach validated. ADP regression coefficients ( r 2 ) were found be 0.9998 0.9999, respectively, over 5–25 µg/mL range. Validation parameters comprising linearity, sensitivity, system suitability, precision, robustness, accuracy performed. To assess stability, drugs subjected stress conditions (hydrolytic, oxidative, thermal, photolytic), most vulnerable degrade alkaline oxidative conditions. A new technique successfully analyzed novel drug carriers loaded

Arsenic contamination in aqueous media is a serious environmental problem, especially developing countries. In this research, the Box-Behnken response surface methodology was used to optimize most relevant variables affecting arsenic adsorption on ZnO-halloysite surface, including temperature, adsorbent dosage, pH, contact time, and As (III) initial concentration. The regression analysis indicated that experimental data were appropriately fitted quadratic model with adjusted R-squared value (R

Abstract Morbidities associated with natural bone have highlighted the need of advanced bioactive implants for replacement damaged bone. Known their beneficial bioactivity and biocompatibility, Nigella sativa seeds ( kalonji /black seed) are traditionally used in many medications. This research focuses on positive impact black seed extract chondroitin sulfate‐based hydroxyapatite nanocomposite tissue regeneration applications. Novel nanocomposites varied concentrations (0, 1, 2, 3 wt%) were fabricated through a coprecipitation approach analyzed physicochemical biological The results X‐ray diffraction FTIR spectroscopy revealed that HCSK3 was successfully developed appreciably strong molecular interactions among components. exhibits higher rough surface morphology R −1.13 µm z −4.8 µm), uniform particle distribution (average size −9.9 nm), good thermal stability total weight loss 13%.
