Abstract This research paper presents an innovative adaptive control technique for enhancing energy efficiency in grid-connected photovoltaic (PV) generation systems. By integrating advanced high-gain DC-DC converter with and non-linear methods, the proposed system ensures optimal power absorption from various renewable resources maintains robust transfer reliability. Key results implementation at Union Territory of Puducherry substation demonstrate significant improvements: dynamically adjusts to changes source voltage load conditions, maintaining a constant output minimized steady-state error low overshoot. The feedback controller effectively responds fluctuations duty cycle load, ensuring stable operation under varying environmental conditions. These enhancements contribute reliable efficient integration sources into grid, addressing critical challenges technology.

The deep drawing forming process, classified under sheet metal working, is a promising and essential process that has attracted much interest due to its wide application in micro-production. parameters, such as the cross-head speed of machine, have significant influence on quality product. impact two parameters was investigated minimize or eliminate product's production defects, thinning, tearing, scratching. first one using types lubricating oil (grease wax), products were compared with dry condition (without oil). second changing machine from 5 15 mm/min. This work aims determine optimum operating prevents any defect results showed resulted better product shape, wax than grease eliminating defects. In addition, lower preferred for where final no obvious shape evaluated visually because eye observation only way judge shape.
