Hydroxyapatite is an inorganic material that commonly used as a re-mineralizing agent. Adding natural ingredients such green betel leaf can increase the antibacterial properties due to presence of phenolic compounds, flavonoids, and tannins. This study aims determine physical chemical characteristics formulation hydroxyapatite-betel extract activity against Streptococcus mutans. To characterize combination extract, XRD, PSA FTIR analyses were performed. Particle size analysis showed smallest results in variation 0.3 g, which 690.08 nm. characterization OH, PO43− CO32− functional groups from hydroxyapatite C=O derived extract. In addition, vitro vivo performed assess this formulation. The test S. mutans strong inhibitory activity. Our finding suggests has potential be medication or prevention agent for dental caries.

Spectroscopy and its imaging techniques are now popular methods for quantitative qualitative analysis in fields such as agricultural products foods, combined with various chemometric methods. In fact, this is the application basis spectroscopy spectral other genetics transgenic monitoring. To date, there has been considerable research using (especially NIR spectroscopy, hyperspectral imaging) effective identification of foods. There have few comprehensive reviews that cover use spectroscopic genetically modified organisms. Therefore, paper focuses on (including techniques) product food detection compares them traditional A large number studies shown foods when compared to conventional approaches polymerase chain reaction enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.

This paper presents a system for detecting orange juice concentration based on the principle of solution absorption visible light. The efficiently detects using light communication technology. It utilizes LED to emit modulated signals at specific frequencies. By leveraging differences in and scattering characteristics solutions varying concentrations, can determine juice. features low cost, high sensitivity, strong anti-interference capabilities, offering significant application value. primarily consists an Arbitrary Waveform Generator (AWG), source, lamp cover, silicon photo diode (PD), oscilloscope. After passing through solution, frequency are received by converted into electrical signals. oscilloscope measures peak-to-peak data signals, translating it signal power levels obtain information solution. raw fitted with linear quadratic functions, yielding R 2 values 0.91547 0.99546, respectively. establishes correlation between level from light, Experimental results demonstrate that accurately detect different concentrations showing good fit broad prospects, suitable quality monitoring real-time detection production processes.
