Abstract Resveratrol (RSV), a bioactive natural phenolic compound found in plants, fruits, and vegetables, has garnered significant attention pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic industries due to its remarkable biological pharmacological activities. Despite potential treating various diseases, poor pharmacokinetic properties, such as low solubility, stability, bioavailability, susceptibility rapid oxidation, limit biomedical applications. Recent advancements focus on incorporating resveratrol into innovative materials like nanoparticles, polymers, bio‐ceramics enhance properties bioavailability. In this review, an exhaustive literature search was conducted from PubMed, Google Scholar, Science Direct, Scopus, Web of databases explore these advancements, compares conventional extraction methods, highlights resveratrol's therapeutic potential, including anti‐inflammatory, anti‐oxidative, anti‐cancerogenic, antidiabetic, neuroprotective, cardio‐protective properties.
