Background/objectives:
Propolis
(bee
glue)
is
a
valuable
bee
product
widely
used
as
natural
remedy,
cosmetic
ingredient,
nutritional
value
enhancer
and
food
biopreservative.
The
present
research
aims
to
investigate
the
phenolic
content,
antioxidant
activity
in
vitro
anti-inflammatory
antitumor
potential
of
six
propolis
samples
from
three
regions
Bulgaria
(Vidin,

Lovech).
